Liability Waiver

I notify that I am fit and able to my knowledge to participate in a fitness class. I understand that classes at Ramsay Fitness may be strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Ramsay Fitness or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree that Ramsay Fitness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend the class or at all responsible for damage to vehicles parked in our shared car park or adjacent roads.

Your Health

You warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise. You recognize that the fitness instructor(s) is not able to provide me with medical advice regarding my fitness, and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise. I agree to not hold any certified trainer or directors of Ramsay Fitness liable for any injury that may occur during a Ramsay Fitness session.

Minimum age

The minimum age for training with us is 16. No exceptions.

Class Packs & PAYG

Your class pack will start on the day you book your first class and will be billed immediately. Any classes booked after the 30 day period, will be charged at £5 – PAYG class rate. All Class Packages and Pay As You Go credits are non refundable.

Class Cancellations

You can cancel your booking 2 hours before the class without a penalty. If you cancel within 2 hours of the start of the class or do not show up for the class you will lose your credit or fee you have paid.

Liability for Personal Property

We will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or theft of the property you bring onto our premises.

Suitability to Partake in Exercise

We recommend that you take medical advice before partaking in vigorous exercise. If you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to exercise, you must get advice from a doctor before taking part in our classes. Our classes are design to push you to your limits and therefore come with risks associated with vigorous exercise, it is essential for your safety that you ensure you can partake in this sort of exercise.
