Our aim is to offer fun, effective and affordable fitness for EVERYONE, no matter your starting level.

Our workouts are designed around YOU. We will push you to your own PERSONAL limit to ensure you make sustainable progress in every class. We've got your back!

Our workouts are designed around a time based set up, meaning you get to work as hard as YOU possibly can in each class

We recommend at least 3 classes a week if you want to see REAL results. Although, listen to your body and give it the rest it needs when required!

ALL classes must be booked in advance either through our free RAMSAY FITNESS booking app, or online

BUYING AND USING YOUR CLASS PACKAGES

We offer both PAYG and class packs - which get cheaper the more you buy! Class packs expire 1 month after you take your first class, so ensure that you get your sessions in!

You can cancel your booking 2 hours before the class without a penalty. If you cancel within 2 hours of the start of the class or do not show up for the class you will lose your credit or fee you have paid.

The waiting list works on a 'first come first serve' basis. Everyone on the waiting list will receive a notification if a space in the class becomes available and then whoever is the quickest to confirm, gets the free spot!

As long as you cancel your class within the 2 hour cancellation window, you can use your credit in another class, no problem!
